Maiden Home is growing a team of forward-thinking individuals who possess unique strengths and perspectives, an innate ability to inspire their colleagues, and an eagerness to reimagine the world of luxury furnishings.

The Flagship Leader of our newly launching Miami location will oversee all aspects of the business, providing visionary leadership that drives both strategy and execution. With a passion for luxury design, this individual will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team dedicated to excellence. Their focus will be on delivering a first-class experience—not only for clients but also for internal teams—by removing obstacles, offering unwavering support, and fostering an empowered, service-driven culture.

This is a fully in person position at our upcoming store in the Miami Design District.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury design while educating teams on our product offerings.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop teams to cultivate a dynamic and positive work environment.
  • Embody our vision and uphold company values in all actions.
  • Represent the Maiden Home brand with polished communication, professional appearance, and high standards of conduct.
  • Consistently drive performance by fostering team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
  • Recruit top talent across all levels to support our evolving business needs.

  • Effectively prioritize in complex situations and address HR matters promptly in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
  • Superior organization and leadership skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others
  • Bias toward action
  • Strategic and mental agility

  • Strong in the heat of accountability

  • Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
